The multi-sided barcode reading system demonstrated at the exhibition site is the application of Wayzim’s industrial barcode/2D barcode recognition system in the field of intelligent logistics.
With different large-resolution camera combinations, the multi-sided barcode reading system has realized stable recognition of top, left, right, front, rear and bottom barcodes, liberating the constraints of parcel placement, improving the efficiency and reducing the labor. The system can recognize 1D barcode and 2D barcode at the same time, and support cross-belt speed up to 3m/s and belt speed up to 2.5 m/s; ensure that multiple barcodes are recognized at the same time, with the recognition rate over 99.5%.
At present, the industrial barcode/2D barcode recognition system is applied in the DWS five-sided code reading system, cross-belt five-sided code reading system, large parcel six-sided code reading system, small parcel fast code reading system, crazy scan system, etc., and is supplied in batches to many express and e-commerce enterprises around the world.
