The East China Logistics and Warehousing Center project of China Post was finally delivered on September 6th. Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wayzim, stock code: 688211) is responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of this project.
For China Post, this project is a major project with the highest level of automation, the largest processing capacity, and the most massive investment in recent years. The East China Logistics and Warehousing Center of China Post is mainly responsible for handling inbound and outbound mail in Jinhua, Quzhou, Lishui, and Yiwu, and transferring some outbound mail in Zhejiang province, featuring a daily processing capacity of up to 9.7 million pieces and 3 million bags.China Post provides integrated services of warehousing, delivery, and finance for e-commerce companies through this center, helping to create a stable cross-regional industrial supply chain and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of dual circulation for domestic and international mail.

Project Overview
The East China Logistics and Warehousing Center project of China Post is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, covering an area of about 300 acres and a total construction area of 420,000 square meters. The project is equipped with multiple matrix pivot wheel sorting systems, small-parcel sorting systems, and matching belt conveyor systems that are independently developed by Wayzim. In this project, the automated sorting of automated logistics equipment replaces the arduous sorting of traditional manpower, reducing the damage rate while effectively improving efficiency and accuracy. In this way, the project can meet the growing demand for express logistics.
The project officially started on February 15, 2023. Due to the pressure of construction time and the existence of cross operations, there are multiple challenges in personnel coordination, material preparation, problem prediction, and progress management, dramatically increasing the construction difficulty. Wayzim actively responded to and overcame these difficulties by organizing technical research, assigning additional project personnel, supplementing installation equipment, and working overtime, and finally ensured the smooth delivery of the project and its quality.

Monitoring data from the State Post Bureau shows that from January 2023 to July 2023, the postal industry's postal delivery volume totaled 87.37 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 12.8%. Among the total postal delivery volume, the express delivery volume (excluding the parcel business of China Post) completed a total of 70.30 billion pieces, with a year-on-year increase of 15.5%1. The postal industry's postal delivery volume in 2023 has significantly increased compared to 2022.
The surge in express delivery volume, on the one hand, reflects the accelerated improvement of the economic environment and the continuous release of consumer market demand, and on the other hand, the surge also relies on the continuous investment of logistics industry-related companies in science and technology research and development, infrastructure, and intelligent equipment in recent years.
The increasing volume of express delivery business has put forward higher requirements on the timeliness and accuracy of the logistics industry.
